Week 6 - January 10 - January 14

Day 23 - Monday the 10th
2 stair runs
10 burpees (ARGH!)
10 thrusters
15 knee lifts
3 rounds
100 alt v ups
HOLY CRAP!  My shoulders hurt on this one and my hands were still hurting from the last knee ups we had done.  I did them all though.  I finished all 3 rounds and the alt v ups kicked my freaking ass!  Only thing that keeps me going on these exercises is that I know I'm not alone and he tends to give himself a hard workout too on most days.

Day 24 - Tuesday the 11th
50 sit ups
5 stair runs
3 rounds
100 push ups
I thought I was going to die!  My arms were really sore and my abs hurt.  The hardest for me though is the stair runs.  My quit date is approaching at this point, but damn those stairs kill me.

Day 25 - Wednesday the 12th
1 min. of push press (35#)
1 min. of burpees
1 min. of sit ups
1 min. of db swings
1 min. of squats
1 min. rest
2 rounds (possibly 3 - my workout partner did 3)
I really hated this workout.  From the time it started, to the time it ended.  I did not like it and it made me hate exercise and working out for 12-15 minutes.  I am glad I finished both rounds.  I really need to stop beating myself up when I struggle with these exercises.

Day 26 - Thursday the 13th
30 push ups
2 stair runs
4 rounds
Never heard from Andy so I made sure I did something.  Tried some knee ups but my left shoulder felt like there was a tear or pulled muscle there so I stopped that immediately.  Kind of glad for this break from the intensity.

Day 27 - Friday the 14th
2 stair runs
25 squats
25 alt v ups
4 rounds
Felt good with this one and had no complaints.  I was sucking air pretty early into the stair runs though.  It's okay, my quit date is tomorrow.
