Day 9 - December 17

At this point, I knew I wouldn't be giving up on the workouts unless I couldn't breathe or ended up puking, ya know?  I knew I wanted to keep doing it because I was already feeling better.  The pain and discomfort of the first few days had faded into a memory.

3 stair runs
25 sit ups
*4 rounds

Seriously!  3 stair runs in a row?  Did I mention our stairs go from the basement up to the 2nd floor?  Mmmhmmm this one was hard on me.  I know I did not complete all 12 of the stairs he assigned us, but I was moving!  I was running those stairs sucking air, panting like a dog and killing myself.
