Day 2 - December 8

After our first workout with the new trainer, I was beginning to think I didn't want to do this.  I was in so much pain and could hardly walk.  I had always expected a certain level of discomfort from a good, hard workout, but holy crap was I hurting.  It hurt to move every muscle in my body from my waist down.  It was horrible!

Our workout for the second day was not any easier than the first!

20 squats
1 stair run
20 sit ups
1 stair run
20 lunges
1 stair run
*3 rounds

Once again, I thought I was going to die.  It was horrendous to me.  I kept thinking to myself "If this does not improve within the next week, I'm telling them to kiss my ass and I won't do this shit."  Sadly, we weren't even really doing Crossfit yet.  He had us doing basic exercises that could be done anywhere.

After this workout, I really felt like I was going to quit.  I talked about it with my Workout Partner and she actually reminded me that I had said I would give it two weeks before deciding to keep going or to quit.  I'm glad I gave it some extra time.
