Thursday - March 1 - Day 255

Somewhere along the way last week, I forgot to post a workout.  I skipped Wednesday, but I don't remember why.  I also skipped Friday because of the severe storms rolling through.  I was more focused on watching the weather and which way it was headed.

However, Thursday, I worked out on the apparatus bay floor with the guys:

4 stair runs
20 burpees
10 db push press
3 rounds

It wasn't pretty, but I finished it.  And it was pretty cool working out on the bay floor instead of in the basement.
