Wednesday March 7 - Day 258

1 stair run
10 deadlift (used 70# kettlebell)
10 burpees
10 knee ups on pull up bar
5 rounds - FAST
2 minute rest between each round
time: 29:22

Okay.  I actually did NOT ignore the FAST portion of this workout today.  I decided to do it exactly how he gave it to me.  I love it when I can Rx a whole workout!

Also, I was going so fast in the 3rd and 4th rounds, I tripped at the top of the stairs during both rounds.  I didn't hurt myself, but it slowed me down for a split second.  Burpees slow me way down cause they don't make my shoulder happy at all.
