Wednesday February 1 - Day 240

I was feeling a little sore in the arms from the push ups yesterday, but nothing major.  He sent me something around 2pm this afternoon.

10 deadlifts (95#)
10 db shoulder press (15# each hand)
10 lunges
10 ring rows
20 Russian twists
5 rounds

It took me 16:42.66 to do all 5 rounds.  Not to bad, I guess.  It sufficiently kicked my butt.
