I don't even want to talk about this one. I guess he was punishing me for NOT doing Crossfit stuff yesterday. Or it could have been that I told him I didn't really get all that much of a workout from the Zumba. I swear to God, if I don't learn to keep my mouth shut around this guy sometime soon, I'm gonna scream.

Nothing but cardio right there my friends. I'm sleepy and just want to curl up in a ball somewhere!
I did, however, somehow luck out and no one was in the gym when I was doing the jump ropes. I don't like doing those when there are a bunch of guys downstairs with me. It just is weird. My goodies jiggle and it makes me self conscious. There are very few of them I feel 100% comfortable in front of and it's not today's platoon.
