I didn't do a Crossfit style workout today. One of the ladies at work said she wanted to do Zumba with us, so we thought we'd give it a shot. There were three of us in the conference room.
Today we just did the basics and learned some of the steps. It was a 50 minute instructional dvd walking us through the steps and some of the dance moves. I feel like I half assed a workout.
Tomorrow will be back to regular workouts and then Thursday we are going to do the 50 minutes "cardio party" and get into the Zumba thing. I'll see how I feel after that.
After doing Crossfit style stuff for over a year, it felt weird not getting my butt kicked while doing something fitness related.
We'll see how long I last with that.
