I was sooooo ready for this workout today! I had gone to Lexington for a conference over the weekend, so I missed Friday. And of course, they had the MOST delicious chocolate cake at the dinner Saturday night. I needed today to work that off!
100 jump ropes
25 calories on bike
15 burpees
10 dumbbell push press (15# each hand)
3 rounds
Not too bad, I suppose. I did it in less than 26 minutes (not great) and it kicked my butt. I was in a good mood when I left the firehouse so I'm thinking it did its job!
