Wednesday January 4 - Day 226

I can probably stop counting the days.  But I kind of like being weird like that.  It reminds me how far I've come and how many workouts I've gotten in the last 390 days or so.  That's a lot of workouts.

50 squats
50 push ups
50 bench dips (read: tricep dips on the bench)
50 V ups
50 Russian twists
2 rounds

Good Lord, he's trying to kill my abs.  I'm sure of it.  Two days in a row of V ups and twists.  HATE them both.  But I do them all and I am better for it, I suppose.  HA!
