Thursday January 5 - Day 227

I never heard from the Trainer.  And we all know how much I hate making up my own workouts.  I had no idea what to do, so I took what he had the guys do yesterday and today and mixed it up a bit.

This is what they did:
30/25/20/15/10/5
burpees
12 pull ups and 12 squats between each round
It was really gross looking....

This is what I did:
30/25/20/15/10/5
box jumps (20")
push press (35# barbell)
squats

I did not do the pull ups in between.

I think his insanity has rubbed off on me.  *sigh*
