I never heard from him so I snagged the one he gave me 12/23 -
15 minute AMRAP
5 shoulder press
10 squats
50 jump ropes
I used the pink girly barbell instead of dumbbells this time (35# compared to #15 each hand).
I did 8 full rounds plus 5 shoulder press. Last time I did 25 jump ropes shy of 8 rounds.
I then did 50 sit ups for good measure.
