Thursday April 7 - Day 80

I'm planning on going to the doctor next week for my shoulder.  It doesn't hurt anymore, but it doesn't feel "right" in the regular sense of that word.  It feels heavy like I've got tons of weight in it and I feel like I move it in slow motion.  I still have full range of motion (without pain now) and can still do stuff.  It's just weird.  Better to continue babying it and not using it all that often - except to the do the stretching when needed.

Having The Trainer back from vacation has harshed my mellow a bit.  Meaning:  He constantly sees me smoking when I go downstairs with the other ladies in the office.  I may or may not have thrown myself under the bus yesterday.  He was fussing at me for smoking again and I told him if he wants to remind me why I was quitting in the first place, give me tons of stair runs.  DOH!  Did I say that out loud?  Yeah.  I did.

20 squats
20 lunges
20 v ups
3 stair runs
5 rounds

Holy crap!  Amazingly, my shoulder felt 100% normal during this workout...It didn't feel heavy when I was doing the v-ups or any of the other exercises (I keep my arms and hands angled up slightly when doing squats to help me keep form).

I did it all.  I huffed and puffed and was sucking air early, but I did every single freaking stair run he assigned (along with the other shit too).  And I'm beat.  Now I have 15 minutes until my Accounting seminar.
