Thursday April 14 - Day 84

I texted the Trainer pretty early for a work out and let him know my shoulder didn't really like that bike thing with the handles moving as I peddled.  Thank goodness I know how to peddle with no hands!

I never heard back from him, which means I had to make something up as I went.  I did some stretching (which I'm trying to get into the habit of doing every workout) and then I did

100 squats
100 sit ups
60 step ups

I broke it all up into 3 rounds so that it didn't seem so heinous, but really?  I'm pretty tired of sit ups, Russian twists, v ups, alt v ups and squats.  Not much I can really come up with that doesn't involve one or more of those things, along with stair runs or the bike. 

I'd even willingly do some burpees if my shoulder would let me!  This is how desperate I am to be able to use this shoulder in my workouts again!
