Monday April 2 - Day 269

Oh Monday.  How I detest thee.

20 wall balls
30 v ups
50 jump ropes
5 rounds

The first 6 minutes of this workout was spent trying to figure out how to throw a 20 pound ball that I couldn't catch with my right hand up onto the mark on the wall for wall ball shots.  *sigh*  I finally switched to the smaller 12 pound medicine ball.
