Thursday April 26 - Day 282
The first question out of my mouth as he wrote this down was "are you mad at me or something?" Holy crap.
2 stair runs
100 butterfly sit ups
2 stair runs
100 push ups
2 stair runs
100 squats
2 stair runs
It took me 30:52 but I finished it all. It kicked my ass!
