The workout today made me want to cry. And I almost threw up. However, at the end of it? I felt much more relaxed than when I started. Mission accomplished.

10 burpees
10 deadlifts

I used the kettlebell (70 pounds) for the deadlifts because I didn't know if the guys would be use the other bars for their workout or not and didn't know if I would get in their way. The kb dead lifts seem to be harder, even though it's a lighter load.
