Monday April 9 - Day 272

I was hoping he'd give me something to help alleviate the stress I've been experiencing since Thursday of last week.  You'll notice I missed Thursday and I was off Friday so I didn't workout.

20 wall balls (small one)
15 push ups
15 knee ups
20 ring rows
5 rounds FAST

Yeah, that whole fast thing can bite me.  lol  I would have gone faster, but I noticed my hands kept going numb while I was hanging from the pull up bar doing the knee ups.  I asked him if this was normal and he said yes.

I was quite pleased he actually told me which wall ball to use today.  I told him that my face and I thank him for that.

This workout kicked my butt and it is just what I needed.  I went into the basement gym feeling tense and on edge.  I walked out exhausted and relaxed.  Exactly what I needed.  Looking forward to tomorrow's workout.  If I can lift my arms that is.
