Wednesday - August 10 - Day 138

I was looking forward to getting my ass kicked in the workout today.  Imagine my disappointment (/sarcasm) when they ended up doing confined space training most of the afternoon and didn't get back until after I had already started working out.

50 cal on bike
30 squats
40 sit ups
3 rounds
4 stair runs

I didn't kick my ass like he did on Monday, but I felt good with this workout.

My shoulder is starting to heal up nicely and I should be in PT until October.  I see her every other week now and she said it's progressing very well, so I must be doing something right!  YAY!

I told the Trainer on my way out of the gym that I would text him tomorrow for a workout.  I don't kick my own ass as thoroughly as he does with these workouts.
