Oh my goodness. He is seriously trying to get me to quit smoking again (which is NOT a bad thing). I asked him for a workout this morning and then this afternoon, this is what he sent:
100 sit ups
5 stair runs
100 v-ups (ended up doing 25 v ups and 75 Russian twists. Shoulder still doesn't like that whole stretching straight out thing too much)
5 stair runs
100 squats
5 stair runs
All I can say is, I'm done for the night. I'm exhausted and my ass got whooped today!
