Wednesday May 11 - Day 99

In the last 155 days, I have worked out 99 of them.  I can't believe where I'm currently at with my fitness levels compared to back in December when I started working out every day.  I love it.  I love seeing and feeling the results I've gotten.

I skipped the first two days of this week because my shoulder was bugging me and I went to the doctor yesterday for it.  I have a winged scapula, caused by a pinched or damaged long thoracic nerve (nerve that goes from shoulder down side of chest near ribcage).  I go see an ortho doctor June 1st for further evaluation and most likely some physical therapy will follow at some point.  I may even end up at a neurologist to test the nerves to see how much damage there really is.  Until all that plays out, I'll be doing a lot more stairs, riding of the bike and squats.  Maybe even some sit ups, even though the ones I did today kinda irritated the shoulder.

I didn't do much today cause I am going to ease myself back into it.  I went four days without working out and it felt like it had been four weeks!

The Trainer will be back tomorrow from his vacation, so I'm sure he'll give me something disgusting to do.  Ya know, like run the stairs eleventy billion times and ride the bike 1,000 miles.  lol
