Monday May 16 - Day 102

Well, we know how limited I am in what I can actually do in my workouts, but I did something.  I'll keep doing something everyday and I will either make it up as I go, or ask The Trainer to help me out with stuff because I am not creative with these things like he is.  Could be why he's the Trainer and I'm not :P

40 calories on the bike
40 sit ups
40 squats
4 rounds

Yup.  I kicked my own ass today.  I can't blame this one on him.

I have also been thinking about when my shoulder heals completely and I've made the sadistic decision I want to get into the whole Crossfit thing, 100%.  Unlike right now, where I'm doing the exercises but not really doing Crossfit in the truest sense of the word.

Once I visit the orthopedic guy on the 1st, I'll make my decision final and I'll talk to The Trainer about it.  While I'm still benefiting and definitely seeing & feeling the results, I have decided I want to push myself a little more.  Okay, a lot more.  And since that is the purpose of Crossfit, to push myself as far as I can, I might as well take the magic pill.  Who knows, I might end up enjoying it more than I do now.  *ahem*
