Friday May 20 - Day 106

I haven't bugged The Trainer for a workout since I went to the doctor two weeks ago.  Just seems like I'd be bugging him, ya know?  So today I did:

50 calories on bike
50 squats
50 situps
2 rounds

It was enough to help me realize I need to do this consistently and every.single.day until my shoulder heals so I'll be up to the upper arm stuff I'll be doing.

I'm hoping I'll get into some physical therapy and it will fix the problem and heal up quickly.  But I have 12 more days until I see the specialist and it's driving me batshit crazy.  At least in 12 days, I'll know what's going on with it and will hopefully be doing something about it instead of sitting here and waiting.  I hate waiting.  I'm not patient.  AT ALL.
