Friday May 6 - Day 98

What a very slow day at work!  Texted the trainer pretty early for a workout (as usual) and actually heard back immediately!  YAY!!! Ummm...maybe.

He asked about my shoulder and I told him it was pissing me off.  It doesn't hurt anymore (hasn't for awhile) but the shoulder blade is "weird" starts aching and makes my arm feel very heavy and sluggish when I move it sometimes.  He told me to go to the doctor.  Funny that, since I had just called and made an appointment for Tuesday of next week with my doctor.  lol  He and I are on the same wavelength quite a bit.

25 sit ups
25 calories on the bike

It looked pretty easy on paper, so it immediately told me that my ass would be kicked by the end of round three.  Indeed.  My ass is kicked.

The knee ups felt GREAT on my shoulder (no sarcasm), while hanging from the pull up bar to do them.  However, now it's feeling heavier and sluggish.  Time to ice it!
