10 pull ups
20 push ups
30 box jumps
40 v-ups
50 squats
2 rounds
then
1 minute plank hold
3 rounds
I used the resistance band for the pull ups and still could hardly do them, but the Trainer told me to give it my best try so I did. I struggled with those pull ups, but I did all 10 in each round. I barely got my eyes and nose up above the bar! I was just thrilled I could them at all.
As far as the plank holds go. Well. Apparently those are harder for me to do than the pull ups! I struggled with these. I know he's working on strengthening my back, but darnit those hurt! About 12 seconds into the first minute, I start shaking really badly and my back starts screaming. I dropped my knees a few times, but only let them sit on the ground for a second or two and then would go back into the plank.
