I was waiting on the Trainer to write down my workout and they got a knock out - so he had to run out. *sigh* Since I didn't know how long they'd be gone, I started on the bike and my goal was 50 calories. Thankfully, in the middle of that, they returned so he wrote me a workout:
50 cal on bike
50 sit ups
3 stair runs
50 squats
3 rounds
It kicked my ass quite well, but I did not puke this time.
