I sent the Trainer a text, asking for a quick workout that could be done quickly since I had a 5pm hair appointment.
21-15-9
squats
sit ups
run stairs in between each round
as fast as possible
I ran the stairs once before I started and then after each round.
I finished it in 5:47. I will do this one again in about a month to see how fast I do it.
Big Brother is on now!
