I skipped a day yesterday due to going to see Les Miserables at the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts. I won't bore you by gushing about how awesome that show was. Incredible story of redemption and forgiveness.
I never heard back from The Trainer today, so I made up our workout. I may or may not have kicked my own ass and so my partner called me by the Trainer's name lol Now I know why it doesn't bother him all that much when we cuss at him - it feels good knowing I came up with something that made us push ourselves.
2 stair runs
20 sit ups
20 squats
20 Russian twists
20 lunges
20 bent over rows (db)
4 rounds
It doesn't look all that bad on paper because it's stuff we've done for months, right? Wow! By the end of the 2nd round I was hurting, hurting! It may have been my emotional state when we started it - but it was a great workout and I'm pretty happy with it.
Hopefully he sends something tomorrow cause I'm tired of kicking my own ass.
