Wednesday October 12 - Day 177 and Thursday October 13 - Day 178

I forgot to post yesterday.  It kicked my butt something fierce!

Wednesday

20 cal on bike
20 sit ups
2 stair runs
1 leg blaster
3 rounds

Just gross.  I got all the way through to the last leg blaster when my lungs gave out.  I just collapsed and didn't finish those.  I'm okay with that.

Thursday
Today's workout was sick.  It didn't look bad on paper, but that means it usually will kick my butt.  It did.  But this time, I finished it all in 16:49

3 stair runs
50 lunges
100 Russian twists
2 rounds

Now I'm exhausted and thinking it's going to be an early night.  After I finish laundry.
