Friday October 7 - Day 174 and Monday October 10 - Day 175

Friday he never got back to me and I half assed it.  Seriously.

2 stair runs
100 sit ups
100 squats
2 stair runs

Today, I actually reminded him cause I hate having to make up my own workouts.  It's difficult to make up something with variety when I can only do so many exercises without killing the shoulder.

20 cal on bike
50 Russian twists
50 sit ups
3 rounds

Not too terrible.  My ab muscles probably disagree but whatever.  I'm sleepy!
