I never heard back from him, so I made it up as I went and this is what I ended up doing:
50 box jumps (18")
40 sit ups
30 squats
20 cal on bike
10 (each arm - 20 total) one arm rows (10#)
And then I did another 30 calories on the bike and 20 box jumps.
Not too bad, but I feel like I half assed it.
