Monday October 3 - Day 171

Oh my gosh.  I have no words.  It was disgusting, it hurt and I'm surprised my left knee is not screaming at me right now....

50 cal on bike
1 leg blaster (explanation below)
25 sit ups
3 rounds - fast


1 leg blaster =
20 squats
20 lunges
20 jump lunges
20 jump squats

Really?!?!


I struggle enough with regular lunges and he wanted to throw in the jump lunges?  Holy shit.  I tried a few of them and I fell over a few times.  I ended up with a cramp in my right foot where I have that Morton's nueroma.  When it gets over worked, crushed by the shoes I wear, or extreme cold, it likes to freak out and drive me insane.

I'm ready for sleep.  It was a rough day at the office with payroll and then that workout actually made me feel better about the workday, but I'm exhausted now!
