Today, The Trainer returned from vacation. He's been gone all month pretty much and all of our communication has been via text. I saw him earlier in the day and let him know I was ready for whatever he had for me. Even though my right shoulder is acting funky, I was ready!
20 jump squats
15 push ups
10 burpees
2 stair runs
4 rounds
Oh the intense cardio has returned! It seems he gave me a bit of a break in that area while he was gone. At least, maybe it just seems that way. I really struggle on days I have burpees and stair runs in the same workout. Add to those two things the jump squats and I'm toast. I'm exhausted, sleepy, tired. Whatever word you want to use. I'm it.
I'm also having to ice my right shoulder. I can't pin point where the pain starts, but I can feel where it radiates. It's not even really a pain, just a soreness. More like a constant ache that doesn't want to go away.
Ibuprofen and ice pack are my friend.

Wednesday March 30 - Day 77
My shoulders were very sore today, but I could move my arms above my head and did not need help washing my hair this morning. Good times.
I never heard back from The Trainer, so I made up one of 2 stair runs, 50 sit ups and 30 squats for 3 rounds. Not too heinous, very doable and still felt like I got something from it.
And then I came home and did 20 minutes on my Elliptical machine I have here in my living room. I know. I'm as crazy as the Trainer!
He's back to work tomorrow, so I'm sure that workout will have me crying for my mommy. We'll see, I guess!

Tuesday March 29 - Day 76
After the nasty workout from yesterday, I was hoping he'd give me something that wouldn't kick my butt so thoroughly.
I don't even know where to begin with this one. It looks easy and mentally I know I can do it pretty fast, but I knew it would hurt me. And if I keep up this shit, I might get arms like Cameron Diaz!
21/15/9
thrusters - bar
push ups
bent over rows - bar
Our 35 pound bar is non existent anymore, so 45 pounds it was. HOLY HELL! The thrusters are murder just for the simple fact I'm squatting and then thrusting up when I stand up. And with that bar? Holy noodles arms, Batman! Normally that bar doesn't hurt me much. I can usually do some bent over rows with it and it doesn't hurt as badly. However, I knew with the thrusters added in there, it wasn't going to be easy.
I completed this workout. I did every single rep in every single round. I huffed and puffed, I stopped to catch my breath, but damnit, I did them all!
And then to add insult to injury, while I was laying on the blue mat to recover, I got a wild hair up my ass and did 50 sit ups.
My arms are now feeling super heavy and noodle like and I'm exhausted. I could just curl up in a ball and sleep the rest of the evening. I would do just that, if I didn't have to do some homework instead.

Monday March 28 - Day 75
I went back on the patch this morning, have not had a cigarette since last night at 7pm - 24 hours! Wewt! Here we go again on this roller coaster of my life!
I texted the trainer this morning and almost immediately I got my response. I didn't like it....
5 stair runs
50 calories on bike
50 sit ups
50 Russian twists
4 rounds
Yeah. It was as ugly to do as it is ugly to read. Horrible! Absolutely felt like puking, but I did it! My favorite P1 guy was working today too and when he asked me how I was feeling and I said "pukey" he said "good, that means ya did something!"
*sigh* I still have a problem associating that pukey feeling with anything more than discouragement on my working out. When I work myself to the point I feel like puking or can't breathe, I feel very discouraged and do not like it. However, they love it when that happens, because to them, it means you got something and you pushed yourself. I'm thinking I may need to adjust my attitude about the pukey feelings I get during some of these workouts.
The Trainer is in Florida right now for Yankees spring training. He knows how huge of a Yankees fan I am. He sent me a picture of the baseball diamond, bathed in sunlight and said "It's terrible here, you wouldn't like it at all." F*cker!!!!!!
Now to get ready for class and try not to fall asleep before class starts at 9pm.

Friday March 25 - Day 74
The Trainer was going to Florida today so I really didn't expect to hear from him, so I wrote some stuff down but didn't know what I'd actually do once I got downstairs.
The other guys on this platoon were down there, doing a workout made up by the P1 guys yesterday, so I had to figure out a side of the gym to work on (it gets pretty crowded when we are all trying to do different stuff).
50 cal on bike
then 3 rounds of:
20 push ups
30 squats
40 sit ups
2 stair runs
and then 60 step ups
Yeah, I kinda kicked my ass today, but as I sit here an hour and a half after I finished I feel like I didn't do enough (?) what is that about? Pfft.
Friday is my "treat allowed" day and so I stopped at Arby's and got myself a chocolate shake. And that is all I ordered. The guys in the car behind me laughed at me. I don't care. I got my chocolate shake!
Now to enjoy my two days of rest since the Trainer will be back next week and will most likely start kicking my ass daily again.

Thursday March 24 - Day 73
Once again, my emotions played havoc with my ability to stay smoke free. I caved and had a few cigarettes today (more on this later!)
5 stair runs
25 cal on bike
40 lunges
30 sit ups w/5# weights on chest
20 db shoulder press (20# used)
10 tricep dips
Huh. Just one round? Really? Interesting! I figured it must be harder than it looks on paper when I wrote it down.
It wasn't super hard, but it definitely wasn't easy. The tricep dips had me a little snookered cause I knew there was NO way I could it the way he does. He uses the parallel bars we have that is part of the pull up bar set up. I can hardly do a pull up, I just couldn't see myself doing that on those. I used the weight bench for those and did okay with them.
Some days, I think he goes easy on me. I know that tomorrow, he won't.
I went all day without a cigarette in the office. I had smoked one before work and one on my lunch break. At around 3pm, I just caved and had to have one. I went downstairs, smoked and when I was coming back in, I saw a truck that looked like The Trainers. I didn't think anything of it cause he's on vacation and even if he wasn't, it was P1 today - not P2 (his duty day).
I walked into the kitchen to get some water and as I was coming out, guess who I saw? Uh huh. You guessed it. There I was in my winter coat, walking upstairs and there The Trainer was. *sigh*
We chatted for a second cause I asked him what he was doing there, he's supposed to be in Florida. As I finished walking into my office, I was FREAKING out. Of all people to run into when I cave and go have a smoke. Seriously? FFS I can't even do something that I'm not supposed to do without running into someone! Darn it!
Oh well. I will just keep trying the smoking thing and obsessing on why I seem to always run into him when I'm caving with the smoking thing. It's a sign, I'm sure.

Wednesday March 23 Day 72
Once again, the Trainer did not get back to me so that means I had to come up with my own workout for the day. HATE this part of the day.
After the deadlifts yesterday, my lower back and forearms were kinda hurting me and very sore. And then I proceeded to file and box 6 years of payroll records and my back hurt even more.
I was actually kind of happy to not hear back from him, so I just did a quick thing that I made up as I went.
50 sit ups
25 cal on bike
50 sit ups
20 step ups (up to 18" bench)
50 sit ups
20 step ups
50 sit ups
20 step ups
Yes. I did a total of 200 sit ups. It sucked and my ab muscles will surely hate me tomorrow. For now, I'm going to go finish watching Survivor!

Tuesday March 22 - Day 71
So I texted The Trainer this morning and asked him to pick up the ball he dropped yesterday. Maybe I irked him? lol I don't know but apparently, he was making me suffer for something cause I certainly thought he wanted to kill me today.
25 calories on bike
10 jump squats
10 deadlifts (95#)
5 rounds
2 minute rest in between each round
time each round - go as fast as you can
HOLY FREAKING HELL! Seriously?!?! I know. I know. I ask for this shit everyday.
I just wanted to sit and cry at my desk. The moment I read the WOD, I just wanted to curl up in a little ball somewhere and suck my thumb while crying.
The commitment I made to myself does NOT include crying and NOT working out. So, at 4pm I headed downstairs to get my sweat on.
I had to prepare the barbell for the deadlifts and then get the stopwatch on my cell phone ready. I don't know how I feel about the times on my rounds, but I did pretty well I think.
Round 1 - 5:45
Round 2 - 5:46
Round 3 - 6:08
Round 4 - 5:40
Round 5 - 6:30
Okay, I have NO idea why round 3 took so long or why round 4 was the fastest round of the five. I do know that in round 5, I got these cramps in my toes that I get when I use the bike. It hurt so badly! I had to stop several times to walk it off.
I am going to go ice my back now. It only took almost 3 hours, but it's starting to get a little tender. Ice it now and avoid any major pain tomorrow!

Monday March 21 Day 70
It was a crappy day all around, no need to go into details. Payroll sucked, my desk is still full of paperwork that I didn't get to today and my trainer never got back to me. So you know this means I had to come up with my own workout, which I HATE doing. LOATHE it, actually.
I've pretty much lost my workout partner so keeping myself motivated is turning into quite the challenge. Since my trainer is on vacation and even when he's not, I only see him every third day, it's even more difficult to actually do this shit.
I did a total of 125 situps, 125 squats and 10 stair runs. I broke it down into 5 rounds and I was outta the building by 4:50 p.m.
While a part of me feels like I half assed it, I sure didn't feel that way when I finished the last round!
The Trainer texted me after I had gotten home, apologizing for not sending something. Pfft. I think he owes me now. What it is exactly that he owes me, I haven't figured out yet.

Friday March 18 - Day 69
I texted The Trainer this morning for a workout and he said he'd send one. At around 3pm, I really didn't want to make one up myself (I tend to go easy on myself) so I texted him with "Making me feel like you forgot about me...." And his one word response was "Nope..."
This told me the WOD was going to appear difficult or it would look easy and be extremely difficult. At 3:45, he texted me the workout. I said "mmkay thanks...I think."
5 stair runs
21-15-9
burpees
shoulder press
and then:
100 calories on the bike
HOLY crap! I knew I could blow through the stairs and push through the 21/15/9 thing. I hate anything with the 21/15/9 thing in it. But I get it done and usually feel accomplished at the end of the work out.
I kicked butt at the stairs. Of all things to get good at, right? I still end up walking about halfway through, but I've started pushing myself a little bit and running some and walking others during those runs that just kill me. I took a 3 minute rest after the stairs, which also allowed me to prepare the barbell and the mat for my other exercises.
Remember the 35 pound bar is jacked up, so I HAD to use the 45 pound bar for the shoulder presses, which actually turn into push presses when my body gets tired and my arms feel weak (usually around 7 reps in the first round).
The burpees make me want to puke within the first 10. I don't know what it is about those things, but they do not agree with me. I struggle with those, big time.
Once I finished the burpees and shoulder presses, I took another 3 minutes rest until I could breathe sort of normally again.
I climbed up on the bike and started peddling. Holy hell, my knees where hurting and then right above my knee felt like it was on freaking fire. When I finally crawled off the bike and flopped down on the mat to rest/recover, my thighs actually started to twitch. They were twitching!!
After I got home, I texted him and said "I completely take back that "thanks" from earlier. That was gross." His response? "Ha...got ya!" Fucker! I responded with a "Blahaha indeed you did! My thighs are twitching and my arms feel like wet noodles. Pfft. Fucker. :P"
Now to enjoy my two days of rest from him kicking my ass even while he's on vacation.

Thursday March 17 - Day 68
When I texted The Trainer for my workout today, I let him know it would have to be a quick one, since I had a dentist appointment at 5:30p.m.
Luck would have it, I never heard from him so I made up a quick workout for myself. I knew I'd blow right through it, even though it would hurt my abs and my wrists.
100 sit ups
10 burpees (these hurt my wrists some days)
50 sit ups
10 burpees
25 sit ups
10 burpees
I've done this one a few times as a "fall back on" type of thing when I don't hear from him. It gets my heart pumping and works the abs very well. I'm sure my abs will hate me tomorrow. I just need to remember to tell him what I did, so he doesn't give me a lot of abs stuff tomorrow.
Now it's time to relax, watching some more Firefly on Netflix and enjoy my St. Patrick's Day. Happy St. Paddy's Day.

Wednesday March 16 Day 67
My butt was hurting from the lunges yesterday, so I was a little skeptical and hoping he wouldn't give me stair runs or anything like that.
15 push ups
25 squats
25 calories on the bike
5 rounds
The biking totaled 5.5 miles (1.1 mile per round). I felt pretty good being able to finish this and stick to my commitment to myself of finishing these things. It also made me feel like crying by the time I got to the 5th round of squats. HOLY CRAP! 125 squats total! Dying!
When I started the push ups, I decided to try the "real" push ups instead of the girlie on the knees like I've been doing. I did the entire first round (15) of push ups regular! REAL push ups! Such an accomplished feeling with that.
I'm going to go watch some Firefly now.

Tuesday March 15 - Day 66
My knees were better today than after that workout yesterday. I did have to sit here like a dork with an ice pack on the right knee and a bag of frozen veggies on the other for a little bit last night. The stationary bike and stairs are pretty hard on my knees.
I received my workout only 2 hours after asking for it, so I knew it was going to be an easier one (at least, I hoped!) He waits on the super hard ones to send them after 3pm, so I don't freak out all day long before the actual workout. He knows me well.
10 burpees
10 shoulder press
10 db bent over rows
30 OH lunges (10#)
5 rounds
So yeah. It looks easy on paper. Let me tell you - it was HARD and I know exactly what it was that made it difficult for me. The burpees make my life miserable. I loathe them. And they make it hard for me to get through this crap some days. Today was one of those days. Had I just had the lifting and the lunges, I would have sailed right through this WOD (Workout of the Day).
Our "girlie" bar (as we like to call it) which weighs 35 pounds is jacked up so I had go up 10 pounds and use the 45 pound silver bar. Oh dude. Not digging that on the shoulder presses! However, it's about time I upped the weight that I use during some of these.
I figured that since I went up on the presses, I'd go up on the db rows too and went from the 15 pound db usually used to the 20 pound. My arms? Will more likely than not hate me tomorrow and I'm okay with that.
The overhead lunges actually worked my arms too cause I had to hold that stinking 10 pound weight over my head the entire time. My arms were pretty tired.
Tomorrow might have me sitting on pins and needles all afternoon starting at about 1pm. We'll see. I'll ask him to make an extra long or hard WOD (that's what she said) for me since I know I'll have some extra stress to sweat out.

Tomorrow might have me sitting on pins and needles all afternoon starting at about 1pm. We'll see. I'll ask him to make an extra long or hard WOD (that's what she said) for me since I know I'll have some extra stress to sweat out.

Monday - March 14 Day 65
Mondays are pretty bad for me. I'm usually pretty cranky by the time 4pm rolls around and it's time for my workout.
The Trainer waited until almost 4pm to send me my workout and I immediately knew why he waited. As soon as I read it, I texted him back with "you fucking suck!" He said "Happy Monday." I said "Well my Monday has already been pretty crappy so this workout will either sweat out the crappiness of the day or make me cry." And he said "or both." HA! How true it is!
10 stair runs
100 calories on the bike
100 sit ups
I stared at this workout thinking the man is nuts. Absolutely, positively, 100% nuts. My mind immediately went to "well you're the one freaking doing it! You're just as crazy as he is." Yes. Yes, I am.
I did the stair runs and then took a 3 minute rest. I was so proud of myself for doing all 10 of those runs. Just a few weeks ago, I would have quit at 7 or 8 and just not finished the last 2. However, I really pushed myself to make sure I finished it all.
During my 3 minute rest, I was obsessing about having to bike the whole 100 calories at once. Obsessed to the point I almost just gave up and came home. However, in my journey I've chosen to be on, I knew I'd have to at least try it.
For the sake of wanting to finish the entire workout, I broke the last two things up. I rode 25 calories on the bike and then did 25 sit ups for four rounds. Not the way he sent me the workout, but I ended with 100 calories on the bike (total of 4.2 miles) and 100 sit ups. I also may or may not have added about 25 sit ups cause I lost count in the last round of them.
I'm about to ice my knees and amazingly my butt does NOT hurt from the bike seat like it did last week.
Another day of not having my workout partner with me, since she had to work her 2nd job tonight. She won't be able to workout with me at all this week, so that pretty much sucks.
Time to find some dinner and relax for the rest of the evening.

Friday March 11 - Day 64
Oh.my.gosh.
First of all, you need to know my butt was already hurting from the bike seat yesterday. They are not gentle when you don't have a pair of padded shorts on. Just sayin.
50 calories on the bike
30 squats (right after the bike? Oh I hate him)
20 push ups
10 jumping pull ups (best effort here since this was a first)
3 rounds
For me, 50 calories turned into about 2.2 miles per round - so I ended up biking a total of 6.6 miles.
I texted him a few minutes after getting this one and fussing at my workout partner (who missed today's workout due to her 2nd job). I told her I was going to get snarky with him. She laughed cause she knows I wasn't lying.
I said "Apparently, I'll be sitting on an ice pack all weekend. Holy crap! Thanks :)" His response was "are you injured?" I said "I wouldn't call it injured, just incredibly sore from the bike seat yesterday." He never responded to that one so I left it alone.
I tried bunching my sweater up and putting it on the bike seat at first, but it didn't work. So I sucked it up, pulled up my big girl panties and did it. It was painful, horrible and it took a long time. The biking part really kills my thighs at some point and I slow way down. They start burning so badly, I stop to let them rest a minute and then continue.
I ended up switching the squats and push ups around. When I was done with the biking, I'd do the 20 push ups before I did the 30 squats. I tried it the original way he sent it the first round and thought I was going to die. In the spirit of my commitment to finish these workouts, I switched it up so I didn't kill my legs anymore than necessary.
When I was leaving, the cook for the day (they are all assigned cooking duties on different days) was preparing some Tilapia for dinner. He offered to send two pieces home with me. He seasoned it in such a way it smelled great before it was cooked. Once I got home and cooked it up? Holy freaking greatest Tilapia ever, Batman. It was so good, I'm going to get the list of ingredients he uses for the seasoning cause it was the bomb!
Now to relax and enjoy my two days off...

Thursday March 10 - Day 63
Holy crap! I spent the day thinking he forgot to send me something or he just got busy. And then? Near the end of the day, after I had already thought of a workout to do, he texted me this:
30 calories on the bike (more explanation later)
20 burpees
10 squats w/weight
5 rounds
HOLY CRAP! So the 30 calories turned into about 1.1 miles on the stationary bike each round - for a grand total of 5.5 miles and 150 calories burned. My thighs were BURNING each time I got off the bike to go do the burpees. My entire body HATES the burpees so I don't need to go into detail there. The squats with weight? Holy losing my form, Batman! I put the barbell behind my neck, slightly lowered onto my shoulder blades and could not keep my form for more than 2 or 3 squats at a time.
However, I did it and I survived. I whimpered as I went upstairs to get my stuff and again when I was coming down the stairs. He's on vacation, so he also sent the guys a workout. I have no idea what they had to do but I told them what I did and they were shocked and thought it sounded hard.
It was especially hard to do without my partner with me. Some of these workouts are made to be done while someone else is there with you - so you can commiserate on how miserable you are and how much you hate The Trainer in that moment.
Time to find some dinner and relax.

Wednesday March 9 - Day 62
I skipped a day yesterday due to going to see Les Miserables at the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts. I won't bore you by gushing about how awesome that show was. Incredible story of redemption and forgiveness.
I never heard back from The Trainer today, so I made up our workout. I may or may not have kicked my own ass and so my partner called me by the Trainer's name lol Now I know why it doesn't bother him all that much when we cuss at him - it feels good knowing I came up with something that made us push ourselves.
2 stair runs
20 sit ups
20 squats
20 Russian twists
20 lunges
20 bent over rows (db)
4 rounds
It doesn't look all that bad on paper because it's stuff we've done for months, right? Wow! By the end of the 2nd round I was hurting, hurting! It may have been my emotional state when we started it - but it was a great workout and I'm pretty happy with it.
Hopefully he sends something tomorrow cause I'm tired of kicking my own ass.

Monday March 7 - Day 61
Today was just an "off" day. From the time I got to the office, to the time the work day was over, I felt off kilter and unbalanced. Payroll went semi-smoothly, but by the end of the day I wanted a cigarette so badly I almost caved.
1 stair run
10 push ups
10 jump squats
10 clean & jerks w/barbell
10 v ups
8 rounds
Ummmm seriously! Holy crap! Okay, we've never done the clean and jerks with a barbell before and we only did the dumb bell clean and jerks once. So I hit the web (as much as my work computer and my little Blackberry would allow) and researched the SHIT out of those things. The Trainer was on vacation today and it obviously was not a P1 day so I couldn't ask the other two certified trainers we have! We were on our own!
Needless to say, no matter how much research I had done and no matter how much reading I had done, it was not enough to safely do or teach my partner how to do them. So we switched (after the 2nd round) the clean and jerks for push presses.
Not the best substitute, I'm sure, but at least it was something and we didn't just totally skip that one step in the workout.
It kicked my ass and then I went and got a chocolate shake. Life is good today.

Friday March 4 - Day 60
I knew this was going to be an easy decision for me, once I talked to The Trainer. Last night, I didn't know if I'd really want to work out today due to having to be at the awards banquet (to work more than enjoy) at around 5:30 or so. After chatting with him a bit in the morning, he said he'd make an easy workout for me - just to get one in.
5 stair runs (not looking easy!)
20 burpees
20 push ups
20 jump squats
20 push press (15 lbs dumbbells used)
20 lunges
5 stair runs
Okay. Everything except the stairs were easy for me. I did the initial 5 stair runs, did the others fairly quickly and then I did 4 stairs at the end. Just couldn't push for that 5th one!
I also got my first workout injury! I don't know whether to be proud of that or not lol. I needed a blue squishy mat and it was under this harder, heavy black mat. I had to move the black mat to get to the blue one. I dropped the corner of the black mat on my left shin. HOLY CRAP! At first, it didn't hurt but damn it's been screaming at me ever since! Oh well, it'll heal :)
The awards banquet was fun, although tiring and I killed my feet in the new shoes I wore. My thoughts were scattered and I constantly was thinking of my friend in Arizona who attended the viewing of her 11 year old daughter who passed away. I wish I could have been there for her.
Looking forward to my two days off from working out.

Thursday March 3 - Day 59
I never heard back from The Trainer, so I made one up myself. I then ended up working an hour late o.O. However, I still worked out. I worked until 5pm, workout until 5:45 and then home by 6:20. Exhausted!
2 stair runs
20 push ups
30 step ups
40 sit ups
4 rounds
I finished it all in 25:21 (avg. of 6:30 per round). A little better than the last one I timed. I probably won't time them again for awhile, just cause it kinda freaks me out and makes me feel like I'm not pushing myself enough.
I have a decision to make about tomorrow's workout. We have the awards and retirement banquet tomorrow at 6pm. My workout lasts from 4pm to 5pm (on a normal day) so do I want to workout, wash up and get ready for the banquet? Or do I want to NOT workout and just get ready for the banquet from there? It's being held downtown so I don't want to drive all the way home.
Knowing how I feel about working out, I'll probably work out and then clean up there in the women's locker room and get ready for the banquet. I'm a dork and I'm quite addicted to working out everyday (except the weekends, of course!)

Wednesday March 2 - Day 58
We were both pretty sore today. The two workouts of Monday and Tuesday kicked my ass for sure and I know the Monday workout and then her 2nd job kicked my partner's butt.
20 burpees
20 sit ups
20 squats
5 stair runs
5 rounds
WOW! Did we piss him off or something? Holy crap. This was UGLY on paper, as well as when we were doing it. Of course, having the stairs and the burpees in the same workout day really put me on edge due to my problems with the stairs anyway. I also have a problem with burpees on a regular day and coupled with stairs, I usually end up feeling like I'm dying.
I scaled it down. I did 2 stair runs per round (except the first - I did all 5).
I completed four full rounds of this (with my stairs being 5; 2; 2; 2). My workout partner, did three full rounds and had to stop.
It was really hard on both of us and I am kinda worried about the partner because it's the first time I've ever seen her NOT complete all of the rounds he's assigned us. I'm hoping we can get her outta the funk she is in soon! I don't want to lose my partner completely!
But the good thing about these workouts is that you can scale them down to your level of fitness.
Hoping tomorrow is not so hard!

Tuesday - March 1 Day 57
I woke up feeling pretty sore from yesterday's workout. Apparently, I was feeling it in all the places I was supposed to feel it. I felt it in my butt, my upper thighs (front and back) and groin area. The more I sat around, the more sore I got - so I tried to stand and walk every hour or so just so I didn't totally lock up. It was a bad day at work, so I was really looking forward to whatever The Trainer had for me.
My workout partner had to get a 2nd job, so I don't know when she'll be working out with me weekly. She'll be able to workout tomorrow though, so I look forward to that! Crazy how much I look forward to the workout and having her there doing it with me. Gives an extra little push for me, ya know?
20 push ups
30 sit ups
20 db press (push press with dumbbells)
2 stair runs
4 rounds
I also timed myself. I didn't tell anybody while I was doing it. I didn't even tell The Trainer that I timed myself. I wanted to see how I would feel doing that - without pressure of knowing others were watching me. Thank goodness for stop watches on cell phones, ya know?
My first round was my best and it progressively deteriorated from there. My total time was 26:08 for all four rounds. This averages to 6:52 per round.
I don't know if I'll time myself again anytime soon, but I just wanted to see. I can see why they time themselves to a certain extent, but I still don't get it. lol
I track vacations at work and I did the March schedule today. I found out the The Trainer would be gone after Friday for the remainder of the month, so I asked him how he wants to do this. He told me I can still text him everyday for a workout. *whew*
I figure since the weather is getting better, we may throw in some walking and training academy stairs at some point.
