Thursday December 1 - Day 209

We are getting closer to my 1 year anniversary of doing Crossfit like workouts everyday of the work week.  I can guarantee you, I will NOT be mentioning that milestone to The Trainer.  No sireee.  I will not.  Please remind me of that as the days move on.  I'll hit the one year mark on one of his duty days next week and I am hoping I can keep my freaking mouth shut.

For today, I was just not in the mood.  I had no specific reason for it, I just didn't want to work out.  But you know I did.

5 deadlifts (#95)
10 burpees
25 sit ups
1 stair run
20 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)

I did three full rounds and into the 4th, I completed the deadlifts and burpees plus 5 sit ups.

I didn't rush myself and I took my time, which is so NOT what Crossfit is about haha.  I just could not get into it.  Although it still kicked my butt, I'm glad I ended up changing and going down there.  I always feel better after a workout.
