Monday December 19 - Day 217

I skipped an entire week due to a massive headache that lasted entirely too long.  It seems to be gone now, so I asked for a workout but never heard back from him.  This meant I had to make up my own workout.  Ugh

20 dumbbell presses (#15L/#10R)
30 squats
50 sit ups
3 rounds
and then:
50 calories on the bike
30 box jumps (20")

Not too bad for the first time in a week!  Felt okay with it and my did not implode.  Bonus!
