FAST!!!

Yeah.  This is exactly how he wrote it on the board.  I did it in 12:28 or so.  And the whole FAST thing gives the ass kicking a whole new level of suckiness.  But I did it!

Spent more time on the bike than the rest of the workout.  I need to work on that.  Really.
