Friday September 9 Day 158

My main goal today was to make sure I did NOT have an asthma attack OR have a cigarette.  I made a pig of myself and ate almost anything I came across that was edible.  Nutty bars; almonds; chicken salad; rolls with cinnamon butter, you see where this is going.

I mentioned to the Trainer I'd like a workout.  Of course, he fussed at me about my smoking.  I fussed right back at him.  F*ck.  It's not like I'm not trying.  It's not like I am currently on Day 3 right now as I type this.  I asked him to come up with something for me and I knew in my head that I may scale it down due to not feeling 100% after yesterday's little issue.

50 squats
50 lunges
5 stair runs
50 sit ups
3 rounds

Definitely something I can do.  So what did I do?  I finished the entire thing in about 47 minutes.  I didn't really time myself in the purest sense of that word, but I did keep an eye on the clock.  It took me this long because I absolutely refused to rush myself and bring on another asthma issue or attack.  I did, however, have my inhaler with me today.

I survived the day without an asthma attack AND without a cigarette.  Bonus!
