I never heard back from the Trainer. I guess it really didn't matter, my heart just wasn't in the workout. At all.
Since I had to make something up myself, I decided to incorporate some of my home exercises from physical therapy into the workout today.
10 wall push ups (the only kind I can do right now)
20 squats
30 sit ups
40 Russian twists
50 calories on the bike
3 rounds
I actually ended up doing 4 rounds plus 100 jump ropes. Not too bad I guess.
