I had sent a text to The Trainer, but never heard from him so I went downstairs anyway and did this:
75 cal on bike
40 sit ups
50 cal on bike
40 sit ups
25 cal on bike
And then some stretching. I tried my shoulder exercises for the day, but after physical therapy this morning, there was no way it was happening. My shoulder is very sore.
Now to enjoy my three day weekend doing homework and relaxing.
