Monday July 11 - Day 127

The Trainer was working today, but I rarely see him when he's in the building sometimes, so I sent him a text asking him to make something up for me.  I never heard back or got a response, so I made something up myself.

75 cal on bike
75 single jump ropes
75 sit ups
2 rounds

I ended up doing one round of the above and then one round of 60 each of those exercises.

The heat index is at 114 right now, per the weather channel, and it was 116 earlier when I started my workout.  I avoided running the stairs due to that and I still overheated to the point I got puke-y (but not from the workout).

Now to go try to cool off!
