You'll notice my postings have become a little sporadic. I do try to post everyday after I get home, but I get bored with the actual workouts I'm doing, let alone sharing them with you.
Wednesday:
40 calories on bike
40 situps
2 rounds
Thursday:
30 calories on bike
25 sit ups
20 squats
4 rounds
I start PT on Monday and I'm really looking forward to it. My workouts will be on the days I do NOT have PT, simply because I don't want to wear myself out completely, ya know? We'll see how I do Monday in order for me to make a final decision on that. But I will continue doing the cardio and lower body stuff. As my shoulder heals, the doctor said I'll be able to incorporate some of the PT exercises into my workouts to start doing them at home. Excited!
