I skipped Friday due to leaving work early and going to Churchill Downs for the Turf Classic. It's an annual event where some of our firefighters run for charity. It was a great afternoon. We got there around 2:00 or so and I finally got home at 7pm. It was exhausting.
Monday, I skipped so that I could go to my first physical therapy appointment at 5pm. It was a good session and my next one is tomorrow morning.
I needed to burn off some stress today, so I pushed myself a little more than I normally do. Tomorrow, I'm asking The Trainer to come up with something for me so I can REALLY get my ass kicked. I need a good workout and I'm not really giving it to myself, even though I pushed myself today, I feel like I could have done more.

25 sit ups
30 squats
35 jump rope
4 rounds
I was sweating and crying by the end of it. I think the crying was a direct result of all the stress I feel, but it's okay; I'm thinking I needed it.
