Week 8 January 24 - January 28

I am almost caught up, so pretty soon I'll be posting once a day about our workout and other things related to how I've been making changes (quit smoking, etc).

Monday the 24th - Day 33
10 burpees to step ups
20 squats
30 sit ups
20 bent over rows
10 real push ups
5 rounds

Ummm really?  Seriously!  I really disliked this workout too.  I've seen a pattern here, I hate the workouts.  Despise them!  But I really enjoy the results I'm feeling and seeing.  I'm more pleased with how I've been feeling.

Tuesday the 25th - Day 34
5 stair runs
40 step ups
30 alt v ups
20 sit ups
10 push press
3 rounds
Yesterday meant nothing compared to the hatred I felt on this day.  HOLY SHIT BALLS!  This was ugly, it was difficult to finish.  I think he hates me

Wednesday the 26th - Day 35
2 stair runs
25 squats
30 sit ups
Didn't hear back from the trainer, so I made this one up.  It was pretty good I guess.

Thursday the 27th - Day 36
10 rounds:
stairs
burpees
While one runs a set of stairs, the other does burpees...until 10 rounds are complete.

Yeah.  Nothing good to say about this one.

Friday the 28th - Day 37
40 squats
20 push press
20 Russian twists
20 db swings
3 rounds
Ummm ouch.  Squats AND db swings (which have squats in them) on the same day suck serious assage.  I was feeling good about this workout though.
