I decided to do this a little differently. I'm trying to post these past workouts so I can actually start posting about the current workouts! I'm going to combine each week into one post from here on out until I get caught up and I'm posting about our current stuff that we are doing.
Monday - Day 10
4 stair runs (holy crap!)
20 push ups
20 lunges
40 squats
40 sit ups
*3 rounds
This one killed me with the stairs. I know I did not finish them all, but damnit I was trying my best!
Tuesday - Day 11
5 burpees (cries her eyes out)
10 push ups
15 squats
20 sit ups
*5 rounds
5 stair runs
I struggled on the burpees, but the Trainer was there that day so I was able to cuss him and call him names while I did it. It seems to take some of the hatred of the exercise away. It also motivated me to finish the shit! I did four stair runs instead of the assigned 5. I was still smoking!
Wednesday - Day 12
10 push ups
15 lunges (per leg - so basically 30 lunges)
20 squats
25 sit ups
*4 rounds
I really struggled with the lunges on this day. I don't know if it was because my mind was still thinking of all those lunges we did during week one? I dunno, but I struggled and I felt sick to my stomach afterward.
Thursday - Day 13
We did not hear from the Trainer, so we made up one for ourselves:
10 push ups
15 shoulder press
25 sit ups
1 stair run
*4 rounds
Definitely not enough for the length of time we've been doing this.
We were off for the holiday weekend after that
