Day 5 - December 13 and Day 6 - December 14

The workout on this day wasn't too hard, I just found it uncomfortable doing the bent over rows.  My discomfort level was manageable and at that time, I was still a little wary about what I was getting into with this Crossfit stuff.

1 stair run (GAH!  I hate those freaking stairs!)
20 bent over rows w/bar (standing up rowing without a machine)
1 stair run
20 V ups
1 stair run
20 push ups
*2 rounds

This one had me ready to puke cause of the stairs.  Remember, at this point I was still smoking about 15-20 cigarettes per day so my cardio was seriously lacking.

Day 6 - December 14
We never heard from the Trainer on this day, so we repeated Day 5 - except I substituted squats for push ups.

I was still pretty unsure if I wanted to continue doing this.  The Trainer was telling us we weren't even into the real Crossfit exercises yet.  WTF?!  Seriously?  It gets worse?
