I skipped Friday, due to having plans. I also think I needed that extra day of rest after the last workout I did. Ouch!
I was hoping for something quick today and not only did he send me a workout almost right away, but it was a quick one. I love AMRAP workouts!
10 push ups
10 weighted step ups (15# each hand)
10 ring rows
20 minute AMRAP
I did 8 full rounds + 10 push ups; 10 step ups and 2 ring rows.
BAM!
