Wednesday December 28 - Day 222

It took me two days to get this workout done.  He sent it to me Monday, but since my Josie was sick, I skipped both Monday and Tuesday, so I finally got to it today.  I should have ignored it and just asked for a new one.

10 hang clean and jerks
10 burpees
7 rounds
and then
100 v ups

I needed lots of help with the hang cleans.  I don't get it.  It does not feel natural and I'm sure I bruised my shoulders where I kept letting the barbell fall onto them.  I really need to work on the form for those.  One of the guys helping me said that I had good form.  When I went slow with it.  But it has to be fast, explosive like and I wasn't getting that.  I'll need to work on that a lot if I'm going to get anything out of the exercise.  I had the jerks down just fine, dip down a bit and push press the bar up.  Easy peasy.

I also only did 6 rounds so I could try to do the v ups before having to leave for the union meetings.  I did 60 of those.  Hopefully, I can wash my hair in the morning cause my arms feel like noodles.
