Friday December 23 - Day 221

I love timed workouts.  Not workouts I have to time, but a certain set time to finish the workout.  AMRAPs are perfect for me.  I go as fast as I can and really push myself during an AMRAP.

5 shoulder press (15#)
10 squats
50 jump ropes (singles)
15 minute AMRAP

I did almost 8 full rounds.  I was 25 singles short of doing the full round.  It felt good.  Not too shabby for a pack a day smoker.  Just wait until I quit smoking finally.  I'll really kill this AMRAP.
