Thursday December 8 - Day 214

10 push press (db - #15 on left and #10 on right)
20 push ups
30 jump squats
40 sit ups
3 rounds:  19:40:1

I did it in less than 20 minutes.  Which was my goal for this one.

I hate the push ups.  Horribly.  They make my shoulder dislike me a lot and rage a bit.  I got through it though and now I'm home relaxing!
