Today, I actually reminded him cause I hate having to make up my own workouts. It's difficult to make up something with variety when I can only do so many exercises without killing the shoulder.
20 cal on bike
50 Russian twists
50 sit ups
3 rounds
Not too terrible. My ab muscles probably disagree but whatever. I'm sleepy!
